A beloved Thanksgiving Day fundraiser for the Town of Palm Beach United Way that has families — many in festive costumes — darting through town before they stuff their faces is back for its 15th year.
Feet start slapping the pavement for the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day at 7 a.m. with the Kids Drumstick Dash, followed by the popular 5K at 7:30 a.m. at Bradley Park on Royal Poinciana Way. The money raised will provide meals to 4,662 people at 24 agencies throughout Palm Beach County, the United Way said.
